YardBack Easy Returns

We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why at YardBack.com.au we offer 30-day returns for change of mind.

As long as your item is in its original condition and packaging, we’re happy to help.

How It Works

  1. Email us at info@yardback.com.au with your order details.

  2. We’ll send you the return address.

  3. Once we’ve received your item back, you can choose a refund or store credit (minus shipping and any restocking fee).

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, modified, or aren’t in their original packaging.

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty (these go through the warranty process).

  • Items damaged during delivery (covered under our Shipping Policy).

  • Made-to-order items.
